Michael E. Spell, president of Spell Construction, Inc., founded the company in 1998. It was incorporated in North Carolina in 2000. Spell Construction is a fully licensed, unlimited Commercial General Contractor licensed to work in seven states: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Virginia, Alabama, and Kentucky.
Spell Construction is a diversified General Contractor working in multiple states, specializing in Fast Food Restaurants, Retail, Municipal and Medical facilities.
