• Construction Superintendent: 5-10 years experience as Superintendent on retail stores.  Candidate must be able to travel.

• Estimator: Estimators review project documents and work with subcontractors and suppliers to develop accurate projections of project costs, including materials, manpower and equipment. Qualifications include the ability to read construction drawings and interpret project specifications. A bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering or a related field is ideal, with 5-7 years experience in commercial construction, preferably in the southeast. Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, knowledge of Timberline software preferred. Must be able to present estimates/budgets in a clear, concise and professional manner.
  
  
• Project Manager:  Candidate should have 5-10 years experience estimating and managing commercial building projects.
