About Us

History

Michael E. Spell, president of Spell Construction, Inc., founded the company in 1998.  It was incorporated in North Carolina in 2000.  Spell Construction is a fully licensed, unlimited Commercial General Contractor licensed to work in five states: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, and Tennessee.
